John C. Chapman, MD
Dr. Chapman is a fellowship trained Mohs surgeon and board-certified dermatologist. He specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery for the removal of skin cancer and treats all conditions of the hair, skin, and nails. Dr. Chapman provides excellent care for patients of all ages.
After receiving his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical School, he completed his internship and his Dermatology residency at Tulane Hospital in New Orleans. He then completed a procedural fellowship with Dr. Christopher Harmon in Birmingham, Alabama, where he participated in over 2500 Mohs cases.
Practicing privately since the completion of his fellowship in 2015, Dr. Chapman has chosen to focus on surgical dermatology and skin cancer surgery to provide the best possible outcome and specialized care for his patients.
Dr. Chapman is also a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, proudly serving in the United States Army.
